Terms of service.
Last updated: 22 October 2026
These terms apply to fromzerotoheroes.com, the Zero To Hero Inner Circle memberships, Hero Labs (labs.fromzerotoheroes.com) and our videos. The service is run by Eyedeas Inc., Calgary, Alberta, Canada (“we”). By using the site or a membership you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Memberships and payment
Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. Individual memberships include a 7 day free trial; if you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged. After that your plan renews each month or year until you cancel, which you can do at any time from your account's billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges and your access ends at the close of the period you already paid for. Team plans cover the number of seats shown on the plan. Custom workshops and enablement programs are governed by the quote or agreement we send you.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. Team administrators are responsible for the people they add to their team.
Using our content
The book chapters, videos, labs, prompts, templates and skills are for your own learning and for use in your own and your clients' projects. You may not resell, republish or share member content, or your access to it, with people outside your membership. Free resources such as the Builder's Journey and the public Builder Skills catalog may be shared with a link back to us. We keep all rights we do not expressly give you.
Hero Labs
Labs guide you through building in your own Microsoft environments. You are responsible for the environments, licences and data you use, so use test or sandbox environments where you can. Badges confirm that you completed a lab on our platform; they are not a Microsoft certification.
YouTube
Our videos are published on YouTube, and some pages embed YouTube videos. We use YouTube API Services to publish videos to our own channel. By watching our videos on YouTube or through embeds on our site, and by using any feature of our service that uses YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to attack or overload our systems, to scrape member content, or to harass other members. We may suspend accounts that do.
Disclaimers and liability
We share what has worked for us, but AI tools and Microsoft products change quickly and results vary, so the content is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes and governing law
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page, and we will email members about material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
