Zero To Hero Academy (“we”, “us”) is operated by Victor Dantas. This policy explains what data this website collects, why, and what your choices are. It covers fromzerotoheroes.com and the Inner Circle member area.

What we collect

  • Member account details. If you join the Inner Circle, we collect your name and email address to create and authenticate your account. Accounts are managed with Netlify Identity.
  • Messages you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit. These are delivered through Netlify Forms.
  • Payment information. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and stores your payment details directly — we never receive or store your full card number. We retain only the subscription status and customer reference needed to give you access.
  • Standard server logs. Our host, Netlify, records technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability.

What we do not do

  • We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
  • We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

How we use your data

  • To create your account and give you access to member content.
  • To process and manage your subscription.
  • To reply to messages you send us.
  • To send occasional emails about your membership or new material. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To keep the site secure and working correctly.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and browser storage entries so the site can keep you signed in and remember your reading progress. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Third parties we rely on

  • Netlify — hosting, member identity, and form handling.
  • Stripe — payment and subscription processing.
  • HeyGen and YouTube — embedded video players. When a page containing an embedded video loads, these providers may set their own cookies and receive your IP address under their own privacy policies.

Data retention

We keep member account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel and ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data except where we are required to keep records (for example, payment records for tax purposes). Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Children

This site is intended for working professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
