From developer to democratizer.

Victor began his career in digital transformation over 25+ years ago, working across North America, Brazil and Canada on enterprise business applications, custom software and database systems. He earned multiple Microsoft certifications, from .NET to Power Platform, and built deep expertise in every layer of the Microsoft stack.

When Power Platform emerged, Victor recognized something rare: a platform that could genuinely close the gap between business and IT, if practitioners were equipped to use it well. That insight became the foundation of Zero To Hero Academy, and for the past 7+ years he's been mentoring and equipping a global community of Power Platform professionals through it.

Today, Victor focuses on where Power Platform and agentic AI intersect, using tools like Claude Code to generate production ready assets, reduce rework and ship faster. He shares everything he learns through the Academy, YouTube and AI-Powered Development for Power Platform Professionals.
